Information you choose to provide
When you apply to join our development team, we ask for your Roblox username, Discord username, preferred role, description of development experience and previous projects, weekly availability, and why you want to join. You may also submit an optional portfolio link. Please do not share passwords, home addresses, phone numbers, or other sensitive details.
How we use application information
We use application details to review submissions, evaluate skills and availability, and communicate with applicants about potential studio roles. We do not ask for payment to submit an application.
Form provider and other websites
Our application form is processed through Formspree. Formspree may process form submissions and related technical data according to its own policies. Our website also links to third-party services including Roblox, Discord, and TikTok. Their privacy practices are governed by their respective policies.
Access and sharing
Application information is intended for authorized studio leadership involved in recruiting and is not meant to be published on our website. We use Formspree to deliver submissions; other disclosures may occur where required by law or to protect the service. Please contact us if you have concerns about who can access your submission.
Retention and deletion requests
We keep application information only as long as reasonably needed for recruitment and related administration, subject to any applicable obligations. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of an application, email morrowfieldgames@gmail.com and tell us which application you mean. We may need to confirm your connection to that submission before acting.
Site data and cookies
Our website and hosting or service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and usage data required to operate and protect the site. We have not independently verified all cookies or analytics used by the hosting platform. Contact us with questions about these technologies.
